Common questions

How do I connect Slack? Sign in to Keystone, open Servers, pick Slack and approve access in the Slack window.

Slack says the app needs approval. Some workspaces require an admin to approve new apps. Ask your Slack admin to allow Keystone.

How do I disconnect? In Keystone open the Slack server and choose Disconnect, or remove Keystone from your Slack workspace's app settings. Stored tokens are deleted immediately.

Can agents post without me knowing? You choose which tools need approval. Every call is logged under Activity.
