Terms of service

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms are between you and Alexandre Pesant ("Keystone", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Keystone service. By creating an account or continuing to use Keystone, you agree to these terms. If you use Keystone on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Keystone is a control plane that lets your AI agents call MCP servers you connect — such as Slack, Gmail, GitHub or Linear — through a single endpoint, with approval rules, natural-language policies and audit logs you control. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund terms are described in our refund policy.

Your account and connections

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions performed by agents you connect.
  • You may only connect services and data you are authorized to access, and must follow those services' own terms.
  • You can disconnect any service or delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Keystone. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe intellectual property rights or access data without permission;
  • interfere with the service's security or infrastructure, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping;
  • reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. You grant us a limited license to host and process content you route through Keystone solely to provide the service to you.

Service level and warranties

Keystone is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your stored credentials are deleted and your activity logs are removed according to our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages — including loss of profits, data or goodwill — or for actions taken by your agents or by connected services. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires it.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sweden.
